President Jim Schriver has 30 years of experience in marketing, product management, channels and pricing, business development, and strategy development and execution. He’s worked for both small startups and Fortune 1000 firms in several diverse markets, but always with companies having technical complexity in their offerings. His work focused on helping companies better understand how to position, message, and market their technical offerings to mostly business-oriented buyers who were more interested in solving business challenges than fawning over impressive technical specifications.
Having worked in several markets which experienced disruption, he is also adept at helping business leaders identify external forces which are slowing growth, and assist the business in crafting a strategy to regain relevancy and return to profitable growth.
Jim has held senior positions at both large and small technology companies, where he made a
significant impact by helping them expand product lines, refine positioning and pricing strategies, identify new markets, and ultimately grow their customer base and drive profitable revenue.
